When I Work Staff Scheduling App Reviews

Best app ever, I wish my previous jobs would have had this. Both as a boss, and an employee this app is a wonderful way to keep everyone on the same page and up to date! So easy to use.

Im on a side project for my company and we are using this to track our hours. I wish we would use it across the company! Easy to view, use, punch in, punch out, trade shifts. Love it.

Like that its easy to navigate. Love that it can sync with my phone calendar!

Flexible and easy to use!!

WhenIWork is an efficient app for its purpose. It makes scheduling and trading shifts much simpler. I favor everything about the app; however, I feel that the only component that is not very convenient and effective is the concept of viewing and altering future work schedules. I have to pull out the laptop anytime I want to make to changes or request time off to my future work schedule.

So simple - it syncs all my work days with my iPhone calendar!!

This app is really helpful! Especially when you are running late and dont have time to go inside and clock yourself in and you can see how much time you worked and even schedule time off! I highly recommend it to businesses that are just starting out or to small businesses!

I wish every company would use this app because it is so useful w/ switching & picking up shifts, alarming you when its your shift, etc. Thanks for such an innovative and useful app; Technology used correctly

When I work is an amazing app that lets me know when my team and myself are working every week. You can easily switch shifts and set a schedule. I would recommend any company to get this tool for scheduling.

This app is so useful. I appreciate that my employer uses an app like this to manage scheduling!

I like everything about this app. If I could change one thing it would be the that instead of having the current way to change availability change it to a calendar system. You could select the days further in advance and better schedule when you will not be available to work.

We were frustrated with communicating with employees - so many emails, texts, post-it notes ect. With When I Work we tell the employees that that is the only way to communicate their schedule with us and now our headaches are gone!
